1. Provide the specific size of the plastic bag to determine the material to be used. If the customer has the original bag, just report the specification and size directly. If not, the customer sees other people's bags that are more eye-catching and the advertising effect is good and wants to do this kind of thing, just find a sample for us to do.

2. Determine the material of the plastic bag, there are HDPE LDPE OPP. The shopping bags in general supermarkets are HDPE. Its characteristics are relatively hard and strong.

3. Choose the type of plastic bag: The bag type currently on the market is generally a shopping bag called a vest bag in the supermarket. This type of bag is named because the strips on both sides of the bag are shaped like a vest. There are also many things: some are called food bags, which are used to store food, such as buns and steamed buns when eating breakfast, and those used to store vegetables when buying vegetables; those used to hold fruits are called fruit bags; supermarkets use The one used to hold clothes is called a water bag, which is generally larger; and the other is the garbage bag, usually black, for household use, and mobile phone wholesalers also like to use it to hold mobile phones. If you want to make a better bag, you can make a hole-digging bag. This kind of bag is generally thicker, rectangular, with an opening at the top, and either folded or not. If you like to eat duck necks, you are no stranger to it. If you are in the business of handicrafts and home textiles, you may use more flat pockets and OPP viscose bags. Flat pockets are divided into high and low pressure, white or milky white, and are generally larger than teddy bears; Towels are OPP viscose bags, which are transparent, with viscose, printable, and also used as flat pockets in the electromechanical industry as a protective cover for electromechanical products, wrapping accessories and putting them in boxes. If it is used in the food industry, it is mostly composite bags, such as watercress, biscuits, pickled chicken feet, tea, candy, etc. These are generally two-layer composites and three-layer composites. For ordinary, high temperature cooking bags, it is determined according to the products to be loaded. This type of bag is generally more exquisite in pattern, using an electric engraving plate, with side seals, back seals, and middle seals, and some have to be punched. Another type of contact is the bottle label, water label. The label on the outside of the soy sauce is the bottle label, and the label on the water label is the label on the outside of the so-called mineral water. These are made of heat-shrinkable film for sorbet and ice cream, and the same materials are used for tableware disinfection. The rest will not be said for the time being, just look at the samples.

4. Provide the name of the company, or the LOGO vector text of the business name. If there is no one, it can be designed and produced for free. Generally, no design fee will be charged. The copyright fee will be charged. It is generally known that if you want to print, you need to spread the version. Paper printing seems to have a version that can be printed without a version. I am relatively ignorant about plastic printing and have never heard of a version that does not need a version. If the same customer has a version, just take it and print it directly. There is no need or need to remake the plate, but the plate should be complete, and no arms or legs are missing. If not, you can only do it again. If your original pattern or text only needs to be changed, you can make a revision, and the cost is a little cheaper than making a new one. The plate used for plastic printing is a steel roller, which is just a lump. If a woman with little strength can't hold it, it is not a stereotype printed on paper. Of course, some simple ones can be screen-printed, but this is cheaper. If you have a wealth of hands, you can make white bags. Customers go to the lotus pond to make a screen-printing plate, buy some ink, and go back and print them one by one.

5. Go to Alibaba to exchange safely, or collect a 30% deposit. This is to be charged. Every line has to collect a deposit. I have encountered the bag and arrived at the pick-up time. I came to pick up the goods after saying it was good, and it took a few months to get them; there are also customers who don’t want the goods, and a few people partnered to open a store to do the braised vegetable business. The bags here are ready, but the customer said that the store was closed, and they only sold them. In retail, these are all custom-made things, and the products printed on them are other people's product promotions. Which one is better, and the result is only pulled back to make shoe covers.

6. Preparation for making plastic bags, the next step is the production, buying materials, blowing film, printing, slitting, packaging, delivery, and of course, collection.

7. Plastic bag production cycle: under normal circumstances, it takes 3 days for design and plate making, 4 days for bag making, and it is estimated that the finished product will take about 7 days. All the goods are sent by logistics, generally to all parts of the country, and the logistics are based on distance.

8. Quantity of finished plastic bags: Because the machine is required to be tested for film blowing and printing, the bags that come out may be more or less than the order quantity. Generally, payment is made according to the actual quantity.
