There are many kinds of plastic bags in our daily life,like die cut handle plastic bags ,soft loop handle shopping plastic bags,plastic zipper bags etc.Today,I will mainly introduce PE plastic bags.

1,By material:

PE is classified into LDPE (Polyethylene), LLDPE ( Linear Low-Density Polyethylene), and HDPE (High Density Polyethylene).

2,According to the production process:

PE plastic bags is classified into PE flat bag,ziplock bag,chain clip bag ,envelope bag,die cut handle plastic bag,soft loop handle shopping plastic bag, zipper bag,PE film.

a,PE flat bag,it is for the simplest production process, by the machine after blowing film, and then to the bag machine above cut into a bag, the bottom seal.

b,ziplock bag,it is made of a bone strip when the film is blown by the machine, which can be manually sealed. Unlike plastic zipper bag, these two kinds of bags are often confused.

c,Chain clip bag is a bag made of PE film and two clip chains (the clip chain is separately produced). The two sides of the bag generally have relatively wide indentation, while the ziplock bag does not. Ziplock bags print in fewer colors, while chain-clip bags can print complex patterns.

d, envelope bag has a tongue like an envelope, and a strip of tape is attached to the tongue, which is folded over to seal the bag. General clothing category use more. And the express bag is actually a kind of envelope bag.

e,die cut handle plastic bag,it is to punch a hole in the top of the flat pocket in an appropriate place to lift the bag.

f，soft loop handle shopping plastic bag，it is to add plastic film strip at the top of the bag, convenient to lift the bag, this process consumes labor, the cost is a little high.

g, zipper bag ,it is a zipper cap with a chain on the bag seal.

f,PE film,it is not made into a bag after the machine blew out the film. It is also divided into winding film and shrinking film.

Commonly used in the market are by a count and by length (volume). Small bags are mainly used for small accessories packaging. Accessories bags of electronic products have anti-static effect. The bag mouth is divided into flat mouth and self-sealing structure, which is also known as bone pocket (PE bone bag) or compact bag; (Roll) bags need to cut themselves (for packaging materials) and print notches (for supermarkets).

In addition, the plastic wrap of PE material can also be called PE bag. Pay attention to the plastic wrap that is in direct contact with food and must be made of PE material (the other is generally PVC), which is relatively safe for human body. Resolution method: PVC plastic wrap transparency, tensile and viscosity are stronger than PE plastic wrap. PVC plastic wrap in the fire, the flame black, black smoke, there is a pungent smell, will not drop oil, after leaving the fire will automatically extinguish. While PE cling film burning flame is yellow, tasteless, will drop oil, and leave the fire can continue to burn.
